There are times when we need to contact all of the parents with last minute changes we have to make (weather related changes, late bus, emergencies . . .).  We have a couple of different methods to do this.   This information will be available in mid-May

Weather Hotline: We will have a weather hotline for parents to call if the weather does not look to good.  The recorded message will let you know of any changes that are planned for the day. We will make changes ONLY if the location/activity closes.

Staff Cell Phones

Each of the drop off locations has a cell phone.  Please call that cell phone if you need to get in touch with your child during the trip or if you are running late.
